Countdown to Harambee's Summer Festival:

Since the origins of Harambee with two families camping together in 1996, we have strived to place the education and happiness of children squarely at the centre of our efforts. We do this by cultivating a welcoming environment for transracial families of African diaspora heritage during our week long summer festival. More detail on our organization can be found on our purpose page within about us.

The 2020 Harambee Summer Festival Starts on Saturday June 27 and runs until July 4.

  • Registration will open for returning families for all types of accommodations both offsite and at Sorrento Centre on Saturday March 14 at 10:00am on a first come, first reserved basis.
